  Today I came in, doubled over in pain, unsure why, and nearly in tears. The lady at reception got me in to see a doctor as soon as possible, and he was very helpful in ruling out a few things, and referred me to another clinic for further tests.
  I called and they couldn't get me in until next week.
  
  I sat there for a few minutes, not able to comprehend that I may be in this much pain for another week, and not knowing what to do next. The same lady from reception that I'd talked to earlier, came over to check on me, and I told her I'd have to wait a week for more tests.
  
  It was from here that everyone working there went well above and beyond what I would have ever expected.
  I can't remember the lady's name, but she called every clinic she could find. While that was happening, everyone else made sure I was as comfortable as I could be at the time, that I had water, and asked if there was anything else they could do.
  
  Soon after, they had made an emergency appointment for me at a clinic not too far from here. They had even organised transport for me to get there. These people deserve way more than just 5 stars, I couldn't have made it through today without their support and genuine kindness.
  
  Thank you to everyone working here, I won't forget this anytime soon.
