  Very poor customer service I rang prior to attending to confirm the denomination value required in euros. When I arrived the cashier proceeded to do the transaction for the required amount and it was only when she finished that she handed me 400 euros in 5euro notes. When I queried this she said that's all they had and I should have rang. I was advised that I would have to ring each day to see if they had higher denominations if I wanted to change it. We also asked to split the transaction between two parties and she said yes this was possible at the beginning and then proceeded to do only one. I contacted the branch at Elanora and they are happy to exchange with no transaction charge. I know where I will go next time.
  
  I would like to note that further to my experience yesterday I have spoken to the CEO of Crown (who was very prompt in contacting me) and I must say that he took my comments very seriously and I felt like a valued customer after our conversation. A solution has been found and I have also had a very positive talk with the staff member. I have dealt with Crown in the past and have found them very good so would like to say that I will be using them again. They have proved to be a very professional and caring company in the way that this has been resolved so easily and quickly.
